Asian Development Bank (ADB) - Principal Social Development Specialist (Gender and Development, SDCC)

The Principal Social Development Specialist will provide key policy advice on Gender and Development (GAD) issues, lead on the implementation of Bank-wide standards on gender mainstreaming in operations, acceleration, monitoring and reporting, and produce knowledge products as well as other services on current gender issues.
The ideal candidate must be from one of ADB’s 67 member countries (https://www.adb.org/about/members), hold a relevant Master’s Degree (or Bachelor’s Degree along with specialized experience in similar organisations, with preference for IFIs) in the Social Sciences, preferably involving gender studies. S/he must have substantial senior-level experience in GAD policy development and implementation as well as experience at the international or regional level, including in at least one Asian country.
