• The Regional Social Performance (SP) Lead supports the Regional SP Manager in providing functional SP leadership across the region.
• supports the delivery of an ambitious SP program in the region in a period of external and internal heightened demand for a robust social performance
• supports the SP Manager in development and implementation of the overall SP strategy for the MENA region
• will drive forward the implementation of the MENA SP strategy for the region, including building SP internal competence across the region and improving the SP delivery of Shell’s own operations and Non-Operated Ventures (NOVs).
