New publication: The unspoken community impact
28 February 2020
, Oceania
In a recent publication, Richard Parsons briefly discussed the likelihood that social impact assessments will increasingly need to consider people's genuine concerns regarding project effects on the local and global climate. This new article discusses this topic in more detail, with a particular focus on agricultural livelihoods and the need for meaningful (dialogic) engagement.

Key quote? "...what communities want, in addition to prosperity, is to live their lives, maintain their culture, and be treated respectfully and fairly."
