Sam is a Principal Consultant within ERMís Strategic Services team based in Perth, Australia. Having previously worked in ERMís London office she has over ten years consultancy experience. Sam specialises in social and health impact assessment, resettlement planning and stakeholder consultation. She is a proficient project manager due to her extensive experience managing complex projects for multi-national private and public sector companies. Sam has extensive experience working in the extractive industry sector having conducted impact assessments (ESHIAs) for the majority of leading multi-national oil and gas operators. Since moving to Australia, Sam has led multiple teams conducting assessments and management activities as part of the WA, NT and Commonwealth approvals processes, as well as across Asia Pacific more generally. Sam leads the HIA practice for ERM in Asia Pacific, managing stand alone and integrated ESHIAs.
