A resource guide for integrating human rights
into Communities and Social Performance work
at Rio Tinto.

This guide has been developed in partnership with the Centre for Social Responsibility in Mining (CSRM), part of the Sustainable Minerals Institute at The University of Queensland. The guide also includes a Background Reader which was written by experienced professionals from the Danish Institute for Human Rights (DIHR) and offers further information on current international human rights standards.
