Rita Sully
Australia
Rita is the Social Performance Management Lead at Shell Development (Australia), responsible for leading the delivery of social performance across Upstream Australia and Downstream, including refineries, supply and distribution.
Previous to joining Shell, Rita was the Sustainability Assessment and Community Engagement Manager at Western Power responsible for the development and implementation of sustainability assessment in the planning, delivery and operation of Western Power’s major infrastructure projects. Rita spent 10 years based in Asia as the Regional Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Manager at Hewlett Packard, Asia Pacific and Japan and Regional Program Development Manager for the Cisco Networking Academy.
Rita has a BA in International Studies from RMIT University; MA, Applied Anthropology from the Australia National University; a Post Graduate Diploma in Environmental Management from Murdoch University and has completed an Executive Program in Ecological Design for Community Building at the University of Stellenbosch (Sustainability Institute), South Africa.
