Your
role
You
will be responsible for implementing the Social Dimensions of
Sustainable Green Growth Programme.
In
this capacity, your key task is to provide first-class policy
consultancy to MOLISA and other relevant sector ministries on the
methodological and process-related aspects of SIA implementation and
analysis.
You
will advise the partner on developing requisite processes and
guidelines and on elaborating a cross-sectoral capacity development
plan for this thematic area. You will assist the partner in setting
up and optimising national procedures and processes, in order to
integrate SIA approaches into political decision-making.
Besides
policy consultancy, you will be responsible for networking and
creating the inter-ministerial cooperation and exchange platforms
required for delivering this advice. Moreover, you will be in charge
of national technical personnel.
Your
profile
You
have successfully completed a university-level degree in economics,
law or social studies and have excellent knowledge of economic issues
and the various aspects of socially responsible growth processes. You
have the methodical skills and process-related knowledge required to
implement and evaluate social impact assessments along with
experience in designing consultancy processes that allow results to
be fed into relevant sector policies. We expect you to have the
requisite knowledge of legislative processes and procedures.
In
addition to the expertise outlined above, you also have experience in
organisational consultancy and development. You have highly developed
management skills and very good communication and negotiation
capabilities that enable you to interact with partners at various
levels and to moderate complex and controversial negotiation
processes. We further expect you to have analytical process and
implementation-driven thinking patterns as well as an ability to
swiftly identify and understand complex issues.
Your
profile further extends to social competence, intercultural
communication skills and a capacity for integration. You demonstrate
a pronounced political sensitivity, are target oriented, work well
under pressure and are reliable. You have business fluency in English
and German. Regional experience in Viet Nam or in the wider area
would be advantageous.
