The Centre for Research on Multinational Corporations (SOMO) is pleased to announce the launch of the Human Rights and Grievance Mechanisms website an introductory film on non-judicial grievance mechanisms, and brochures about the grievance mechanisms of two development banks. |
 |
The website explains in simple terms what grievance mechanisms are and how and when they could be useful. Additionally, a practical Step-By-Step Guide to file a complaint with a grievance mechanism, brochures about different mechanisms and other helpful resources are available for download. Additionally, we developed an introductory film on non-judicial grievance mechanisms that explains how grievance mechanisms work. We very much welcome that you use this movie during meetings and trainings to inform workers, communities and civil society organisations about the potential of grievance mechanisms. |
